The chances are, you will have to hire a caterer anyway. Venues that provide their own caterers also take the stress out of finding one yourself. These caterers will also be familiar with the venue, this ensure things run more smoothly. Most caterers are flexible and most supplied caterers will still be able work out arrangements to fit your wants and needs.
